Work a job on your phone with no signal — hours, notes, and files save on the device and sync when you are back online. In the office, run pipeline, fees, and invoices on a tablet or desktop, create and update Google Calendar events for moves and packs, and attach photos, receipts, and documents to any estimate or invoice.
Your data, your Drive
Connecting a Gmail account creates a Motus folder in that Google Drive. Estimates, invoices, photos, receipts, and settings are written there — in your company’s Drive, under your Google account. Motus does not keep a copy of those job files on our servers.
You own the folder, decide who can open it, and can download or delete it at any time. Disconnect Motus and the documents stay in Drive.
